Jared has been practicing yoga since 2010, completed his initial 200hr training in 2015, and 600hr yoga therapy training in 2018. Jared views yoga as a powerful vehicle towards Healing dis-eases of mind, body, emotion, and spirit.

Having extensively studied 'prop theory', Jared's therapeutic yoga class brings playfulness and creativity into body positioning and breath. Jared's intension with group yoga instruction is for every student to feel a deep sense of relief and empowerment. With over 10 years of myofascial massage experience and 6+ years of yoga therapy studies, Jared invites you to learn methods for releasing pain in body and bringing ease into your whole self.
